EFFECT OF LIQUOR AT CAIRO. (Received March 7, 9.40 a.m.) Sydney, March 7. «01i<a.p'laiin Greene, writing to the Methodisit Conference from Cairo, denounces the effect of tho liquor bars on tho soldiers. He says that at the front even the rum ration is out of favour with the authorities.
