CAPTURED.
BALLOON AND ITS OBSERVERS
(Received March 7. 8.45 a.m.)
Paris, March 6. A German captive balloon broke from its moorings owing to our fire and Hew very low over Dunkirk. Our artillerymen seized the ropes, dragged the ballon down, and captured the two observers who were on board.
