The Hon. Walter Runeiman, President of the Hoard of Trade, and the Hon. Herbert Samuel, are appealing to employers to allow women 1.0 replace men wherever possible. They point out that the women are the only source, to draw from as the army is absorbing the men. A board has been appointed to advise the Board o) Trado and the Home Olbce on the question of female employment.
