Discontent m Bulgaria is so strong tihait King Ferdinamd has been advised not to return until a German victory promises am early termination of the"war. IF is pointed out that, his "bronchitis" developed consequent on the faiilurc of the German attack on Vondaiu. [The Lesser Czar has been, more frequently the mark for the assassin's bullet, dagger amd poison than even the 'Czar of Russia. He is said to have worn a. coat of ninal all liis life since be became King of Bulgaria.],
