London, April 8. The Bulgarian Ministry "'has..issued a. Note disclaiming-responsibility .for the invasion of Servia by Bulgarian irregulars. It is alleged that the uprising was initiated by the Turks among Macedonians. t ■ The Note requests Servia to take the necessary measures to prevent Servian troops on Bulgarian posts, and so provoking incidents likely to result iv serious consequences.
