THE SERVIAN FRONTIER INCIDENT. (Received April 9, 9.20 a.m.) Nisli, April 8. Official accounts of the invasion of irregulars as Bulgarians deny that these bands were formed and equipped in Bulgarian territory, and persist in pretending that it was a rising of the Macedonian population against alleged Serb oppression. Servian journalists beg the European journals to send representatives to investigate. Athens, April 8. It is declared that well-informed quarters consider tho Servian frontier incident as unlikely to cause serious complications. Without wishing to criticise tho gallant aud much-endur-ing Allies, they declare it i.s true that the Servian Administration of newly won territories left something to bo desired. . . The King of Greece officially denies that be ever consented to negotiations for a cession of Greek territory, as alleged by ex-Premier Vcuczelos. j
