Dalgety and Co. report on their Palmerston sale that they offered 3HOO ewes to a large attendance of the I public. Sound-mouth ewes in low I condition brought Us to 12s, 4 and 5-year ewes in good condition 14s 6d, 6-' tooth ewes 18s 10d, cows with ! calves o, 18-months steers and heifers I £3 10s.'
