WEDDING.

BRAMLEY—BARKER. At the Congregational; Church, Courtenay Place, Wellington, on Thursday afternoon,* a pretty wedding, took place,, when Mr Hugo A. N. Bramley (of tne tramway staff) was married to. Miss Thirza Eliza Barker, eldest daughter of Mr W. Barker, of Gran road, "Wellington, and granddaughter of Mr W. B. Barker, of Feilding and Mr and Mrs "W. Page, of Halcombe. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. A. Evans. The bride was given away by her father. The best man was Mr J. Moriarty, and- the bridesmaids were Miss Daisy Bramley (sister of the ; bridegroom) and Miss Mona Barker ,; (sister of the bride). The bride's j gown was .of white crepe-de-chene, with pearl trimming, with the usual veil and orange blossoms and a bouquet of white, flowers. The bridesmaids' dresses were of white embroidered muslin, one carrying a posy of pink bouvardia and the other a bunch of'primroses, Mrs "W. Barker, mothor of the bridegroom, wore a cole cord costume with Oriental trimming and hat with plumes. After the ceremony a large number of guests were entertained at Qodber's, where the ÜBual toasts were honoured. The bride's \ travelling costume was of navy blue, ! '-ith which she wore a "Wedgewood ; biiii* hat. The happy couple received S v, largo number of handsome presents.
