WEDDING.
McGLYN-KENDRICK,
A very pretty wedding was celebrated at ""Momington," Sandon Road, Feilding, yesterday, when Miss Maud E. Kendrick, eldest daughter of Mr Richard Kendrick, was united in marriage' with Mr William McGlyn, of the Railway .staff, Pukekohe. The bride, who was given' away by her father, was handsomely gowned in cream silk lustre, with ivory satin panels, and the customary veil and orange-blossoms, and carried a shower bouquet of white' asters and sweet sultan with sparrow grass_and maiden hair fern. Miss Edith Kendrick attended her sister, and Mr J. Wallen, of Pukekohe, attended the bridegroom. Subsequently a large party assembled in a spacious marquee and partook of tho hospitality of Mr and Mrs Kendrick. The Rev J. Frost, who performed the"' ceremony, proposed tho toast of tho bride and bridegroom, the other toaste were the bridesmaid and the host and hostess; all ' wore .suitably acknowledged. A largo number of costly and, useful presents were displayed in the dmingroom. The happy .couple loft by the afternoon express for Auckland, where tho honoy. moon will be spent; The bride's travelling dress was a navy blue tailor-made costume, with white felt hat trimmed with wedgewood blue velvet and white ostrich plumes.
