Giving evidence before tho Commission that is inquiring into the life-saving provision of the ship Baltic, a wireless expert stated that 85 per cent, of the wireless business of Australia was what is known as "love and kisses," namely messages between friends, and only 5 per cent, were bona fide commercial messages.
