Messrs Abraham and Williams report on their Johnsonville, yesterday, as follrws: We offered a good entry of prime bullocks and sheep, which, sold well at late rates. Prime heavy bullocks made £11 10s to £11 15s, prime bullocks £10 15s to £11, lighter sorts £10 to £10 ss; prime vcalers 40s, lighter 27s to 325; prime heavy wethers 26s 9d, prime wethers 245, prime heavy ewes 245, good ewes 21s to 21s Bd, medium ewes 19s 5d to 19s lid, plain 19s, extra prime lambs 15s lid to 16s 10d, prime lambs 14s Sd to 15s 6d, medium lambs 12s to 13s 6d. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd. report on their Martqn sale held yesterday: A heavy yarding of sheep and a fair entry of cattle came forward, and we have to report a good sale at the following figures:—■ Sheep.—Best ewe hoggest 17s 9d to 18s 2d, good ewe hogegts 15s 6d to 16s oa, medium hoggets 13s lid to I4s 6d, mixed hoggets 14s 6d to 15s, others lls to 13s 7d, wether hoggets 14s 6d to 15s 3d, shorn 2-tooth ewes, small lls Id, 4-tooth ewes and lambs £1 10s 6d, aged ewes 18s Sd. RONGOTEA STOCK SALE. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. report: At Rongotea, on Weduesday, owing no doubt to the rough weawther, stock did not come forward as advertised. AYe, however, had a fair entry of cattle, which met with keen competition.
