T7IROM 16th DECEMBER to 6th I- JANUARY, inclusive, Extra Express trains will, run between Auckland and Wellington, leaving Marton 2.30 p.m., Feilding 3.17 p.m. iaily except Mondays, 17th December to 7th January, inclusive, for Wellington; and leaving Feilding 12.55 a.m., Marton 1.38 a.m. daily except Sundays, 17th December to 7th January, inclusive, for Auckland. From 16th December to 6th January, inclusive, the ordinary Up Express will NOT take passengers- at Holiday Excursion fares from Wellington, Palmerston, and Feilding for Rotorua, Thames, Waihi, and Cambridge branches. Such passengers must travel by tho Extra Express. The Up Extra Express will stop only to set down passengers, from south of To Kuiti, at Te Kumi, Kiokio, Kawa, Te Puhi, Lake Road, and Rukuhia. At other stations between Taumarunui and Frankton train will stop where required. After leaving Frankton train will slop at Ngaruawahia, Huntly, Mercer, Pukekohe, Drury, Otahuhu, Penrose, and Newmarket only. From 16th December to 6th January, inclusive, the ordinary Down Express will NOT take passengers at Holiday Excursion fares from Taihape, Mangaweka, Marton, and Feilding, except for Wellington; and the ordinary Up Express will NOT take passengers at Holiday Excursion fares from Palmerston, Feilding, Marton, and Mangaweka except for stations north of Taihape. From 23rd December" to 4th January, inclusive, Sundays excepted, Extra Mail trains will run between Wellington and Wanganui, leaving Wanganui 12.40 p.m., Marton 2.33 p.m., Feilding 3.20 p.m. for Wellington. Leave Wellington (Thorndon) 8.17 a.m., Feilding 1 p.m., Marton 2.3 pan. for Wanganui. On these dates the ordinary Down Mail train will NOT take passengers at Excursion fares from Aramoho, Feilding, and intermediate stations, and will stop at usual stopping stations between Aramoho and Feilding to set down passengers from north of Aramoho. After leaving Palmerston train will stop only at Otaki, Paekakariki, Plimmerton, Paremata, and Khandallah. Passengers for other usual stopping places must change at Palmerston. On these dates the ordinary Up ■Mail-train will NOT take passengers at Excursion fares from Feilding, Fordell and intermediate stations except for stations north of Aramoho at which, the Mail train stops. Passengers for the Main Trunk Line will travel by the Extra Mail train. On 24th and 31st December late trains will run between Wellington and Wanganui, leaving Wellington 11.20 p.m. on 24th and 31st December, Feilding 4.50 a.m., Marton 5.50 a.m. on 25th December and Ist January for Wanganui. Leave Wanganui 12.15 a.m., Marton 2.35 a.m., Feilding 3.40 a.m. on 25th December and Ist January for Wellington.
