THE ALBANIAN REVOLT.
" NO CONVOYS ALLOWED."
(by electric telegraph—copyright.) v hh ppbsß association. (Received April. 27, 9 a.m.) Constantinople, April 2G. A force of Albanians, numbering 3000. seized the Katchnnic Pass and held up a train at Uskub, oh the Fei-isovitcli railway. They captured the supplies and disarmed some of the soldiers. The train was then allowed to proceed to Frishtina, with the warning that no military convoys would hereafter be permitted. It is estimated that 3-1,000 Albanians have now risen.
