TVTOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tho Kiwitea County Council held on Saturday, tho 19th of February, 1910, the following resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 19th day of March, 1910:— That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Counties Act, 1908." and amendments, tho Kiwitea County Council does hereby resolve as follows:— That for the purpose of complying with Subsection C of Section 128 of "The Counties Act, I 1908," the Kiwitea County Council does hereby declare the following roads to be Main Roads:-—■ Cheltenham Cross Road, Wilson's Road, Williamson's Roadi "West, Main Road from Cheltenham to Mangaweka, Main Road to Hunterville, Mackay's Line and Kiwitea-Ta-puae Road, Upper and Lower Pakihikura Roads, OhingaitiPemberton Road, Apiti-Ran-giwahia Road, Peka Road, Kawhatau .Road, Potaka Road, Auputa Road, Mangarero Road, Rangitikoi East and South Roads, Mangamaka Road, Waituna Valley Road, Kimbolton-Apiti Road, Branch Road, Haynes' Line. A copy of tbe foregoing resolution is open for inspection during office hours at the County Office, Kimbolton. Dated this 25th day of February, 1910; L. J. VERRY, County Clerk.
