NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council held on Saturday, the 19th of February, 1910, tho following resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 19th day of March, 1910 :— That in pursuance and exercise of tho powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Counties Act, 1908," and amendments, the Kiwitea County Council does hereby resolve as follows:— j That for the purpose of complying with Subsection C of Section 128 of "The Counties Act, 1908," the Kiwitea County Council does hereby declare the following road 6 to be Main Roads:— Cheltenham Cross Road, Wilson's Road, Williamson's Road West, Main Road from Cheltenham to Mangaweka, Main Road to Hunterville, Mackay's Line and Kiwitea-Ta-puae Road, Upper and Lower Pakihikura Roads, Ohingai.iPemherton Road, Apiti-Ran-giwahia Road, Peka Road, Kawhatau Road, Potaka Road, Auputa Road, Mangarere Road, Rangitikei East and South Roads, Mangamaka Road, Waituna Valley Road, Kimbolton-Apiti Road, Branch Road, Haynes' Line.
