He kept the police at bay with two revolvers, wouficling three police, and thus escaped. Eighteen police," armed with carbines, rediscoverd hhn the following day. Slavinski, firing from a liouse, killed one and severely wounded three. Slavinski linally died, having received seventeen bullet wounds.
