Ho declared that he would deposit it towords the Antarctic race with our British cousins, than whom there aro nohner foeinen in the world. Ihe Arctic steamer Roosevelt will be used for the voyage, and the ship's personnel will be the same as that recently returned from the North Pole expedition, excepting Commander Peary himself. '
