THE OPENING. LPKR PKKSB ASSOCIATION.] i New Plymouth, March 17. The trial of Dr. Goode for the muri der of Mrs Klenner, at Waitara, on • December 14, commenced at the Sup- * reme Court this morning. Mr Skerrett defended. Mr Weston, Crown Prosecutor, occupied about an hour in opening the case, whic his expected to last fully three days. I The prisoner appears to be in good health and quite calm and collected.
