Time, 1.0=3- „ ' Place Handicap, 1J miles.—Karahand 1, Nnshka 2, Lady Wilde 3. Won by half a neck. Time, 2.38*. Autumn Steeplechase, about 3 miles. Seymour 1, Decoration 2, Posthoy 3. Ten others started. The race was regarded as one of tho beat ever run at Flemington. Champion Stakes, a sweepstake ot 25 so vs., with 1000 soys. added: 3 miles.—Pondil 1, Signor 2, Trafalgar 3. Siguor led the field all the way to tho judge's box. At tho abattoirs: Signor was still leading by two lengths from Pendil and Trafalgar, who were together. At the five furlongs post Pendil was racing half a* length behind Signor, ajid entering: the straight with a magnificent effort: lie header! Signor, and after a hard race along the straight, won by ahead, ten lengths between second and' third. Time, 5.4. The result evoked i <i;reat cheering. Farewell Handicap, 1 mile—Maltlleu 1, Verenice 2, Scotland 3. Won by six lengths. Tim,-1.43.
