The motion was seconded by Mr Haybittle, and carried. The sub-committee was also asked to report on the proposal to set up a Record Board placed in the pavilion, to contain the names of the President, "Vice-President, Secretary, and champion of each year. Mr J. T. Barry was appointed to assist the Secretary in collecting outstanding subscriptions. Mr Bartholomew suggested that arrangements be made to have an entertainment on the bowling green. He proposed that Messrs Worsfold, Carty and Goodbehere be set up to make all arrangements. Mr Bartholomew's name was added to the Committee, and the motion was carried. On the motion of the Secretary, it was decided that names placed on the board for players in tournaments against visiting teams be retained, and that these players be picked as another rink to occupy the first vacant space on the green.
