The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights; Of the value of 50 soys, 61b; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 soys, 81bs; 150 sots, 101 b; 300 sots and over 141 b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101 b and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule doe's not apply to Hurdle and Welter races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACES. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs of two or more races 1 171bs. —- — — RULES. All Races to be run under the New Zealand Boles of Raoing. H. A.
