The following penalties shall be car- i ; ried by the winner of any race after J declaration of weights : Of the value : of 50 soys, 61b ; of any race or races ! ' of tbe collective value of 100 soys, I 81bs ; 150 eovs, 101 b; 300 soys and ' over 141 b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101 b and over will only carry half these penalties.
