The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights: Of the value of 50 boys, 61b ; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 soys, 81bs ; 150 soys, 101 b; 300 soys and over 141 b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101 b and over will only carry half theße penalties. This rule does not apply to Hurdle and Welter races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACBS. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs of two or more races 171bs. RULES.
