AUCKLAND v. OTAGO.
Tho Aucldand-Otago representative cricket match for the Plunket Challenge Shield was commenced on Monday, at Auckland, in beautifull weather and on a perfect wicket. Otago won the toss, and elected to bat, and maintained their wickets until 5.40, scoring 338, Wilson 144, ReW 39, and Howden 33, being the highest scorers. Auckland lost one wicket for nil when the stumps were drawn.
