NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Oroua County Council to raise a Loan of £230 for the purpose of providing the construction of works set forth in the schedule hereunder written, such sum to be borrowed imd«r the powers and authorities conferred by and under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," «nd the amendments thereof, and that it is the intention of the said Council to pay out of the laid loan the cost of raising the same and the interest for the first year. And that for the purpose of providing the interest *t 3J per centum per annum and other charges on the said Loan of £230 it is the intention of the said Council to make and levy a Special Rate of one-Hxth of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable properties, comprising the whole of the area included in Lots 1/91 section 1: part 11 section IB: section 2 and section 185 Suburban, to be called "Kimbolton Road Special Rating District, No. 24 Loan." And that such special rates shall be annually recurring rates, payable during the currenoy of such loan at the Council Chambers, Feilding, half-yearly, on the first days of April and October in each year for a period of 41 yeari or until the Loan if fully paid off.
