The winner of any flat race exceeding 30 sovb. in value after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b., and of ©very additional race a further penalty of 61b. Horses handicapped at Bst. 101 b. to carry only half the above penalties. HURDLE RACES.— The winner of any Hurdle Race after declaration j of weights to carry a penalty of 101 b in the hurdle races, and for every additional raca 71bs extra. NOMINATIONS. For all races, except Trial Plate and Scurry, close Monday, March 30, at 1 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS. For first day's races will be declared on or about FRIDAY, APRIL, ; 10, 1908. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Feilding, with the name and age at time oi entry, name of owner, pedigree, colors of the rider, and performances oi the horse. 2. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest op portunity. 3. Any owner failing to declan his colors at time of entry will b< fined 1 sor, unless they are register cd. 4. The Committee reserve the righi to alter the date or time for declara , tion of weights, nominations, or ac ceptances as they may deem fit. 6.
