THE WINTER FEATHERS. _A rink comprising Messrs Harrison, Clapham, Irvine,, and SJanjdilands (skip) made an unsuccessful attempt on Saturday to wrest the Winter Feathers from the present holders, Messrs Barry, Gilbertson, Manning and McLean (skip). The scores were 22 to 10. „ x , A match for the Yates Feathers will be played on Wednesday, when a, Palmerston rink skipped by Mr W. L. Scott will visit Feilding. A team from the Victoria Club (Wellington) is to visit Feilding at Easter time
