' Messrs Murray, Roberta and Co. have received the following wool market cablegram from their London house, Messrs Sanderson, Murray and Co., dated March 20, 1908:— The market is weak and irregular, and shows a downward tendency. t Compared with the closing rates^of last London sales, the market for superior merino has declined 10 per 'cent, and for other descriptions of merino 5 per cent, to 20 per cent. Fine crossbred has declined 10 per cent., coarse to medium crossbred 15 per cent, to 20 per cent. Large quantities 'have been brought in.
