FREEMASONRY.

ANNUAL INSTALLATION. The annual installation of Lodge Feilding, No. 41, was held in the Masonic Temple, Kimbolton road, last evening. The Lodge was tyled at 6 o'clock, there being 105 brethren present. Bro. Dr. Sorley was installed as W.M., the installation ceremony being performed by Bro. H. F. Worsfold, I.P.M. Other officers were invested as follows: — Bro. E. Bosher, Chaplain; Bro. W. G. Haybittle, Director of Ceremonies; Bro. W. H. McLean, 5.W.. ; Bro. J. W. Creighton, J.W. ; Bro. Dr. Willis, S.D. : Bro. Wedde, J.D.; Bro. M. Law, 1.G.; Bro. Maguire, Tyler; Bro. T. W. K. Foster, secretary; Bro. S. W. Fitzherbert, treasurer; Bro. Gillespie, organist; Wor. Bro. R. R. Martin, G.D. of 0. The officers were: invested by Bro. W. A. Sandilands, P.M. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a banquet was held in the ante-room, when upwards of 100 sat down to the repast. The following comprises the list of toasts: ■—"The King and the Craft," Bro. Sorley, W.M.; "The Most Worshipful Grand Master and the Grand Lodge," Bjo. W. G. Haybittle, P.M., responded to by R.W. Bro. Fletcher, Grand Superintendent of the Wellington district; "The W.M.," by Bro. W. A. Sandilands, P.M., responded to by Dr. Sorley, W.M. ; " The Installing Master," by Bro. Fletcher,: R.W., responded to by Bro. H. F. Worsfold, 1.P.M. ; " District Visitors," by Bro. W. G. Haybittle, P-M.^responded to by Bro. Martin, Bro. W. H. Smith, G.I.W. (Paimerston), and Bro, Marley, R.M. (representing the English Constitution); " The Newly**e}eoted Officers," by Bro. H. J. Boo*Hi, P.M., responded to by Bro. W. H. McLean, S W. ; " Sister Constitutions," by Bro. 0. Pleasants. P.M., -fesponded to bv Bro. R. W. Marley, R.W.; "Visiting Brethren," by Bro. E. Bosher, P.M., responded to by Bro. Phillips, W.M.' (Rangitikei), Entwisle. W.M. (Otangaki), Garrett, W.M7 (Otaihape), TBvans (Lodge Idaho, U.S.), and others. The Tyler's toast was given by Bro. A. H.
