Mr Lloyd George states that Government by favored families has ended, and Government by the jpeople has really begun already in dealing with the feudal system or Land titles, and oppression by priestcraft. Next year they intended to free the schools and lands. If the House of Lords barred the way, they would be settled also. He said the House of Lords could play at being legislators as long as they pleased. He described Mr A. J. Balfour as an ideal leader of the "highest type of statesmanship of graceful incompetence.
