A Feildingite Abroad.
We would like to direct the attention of those connected with the dairying industry to "the important communication from Mr W. W. Corpe, published in another column, for every sentence is fraught with interest to the welfare of the industry. Coming from a man of Mr Corpe' s experience, and one who is not engaged in the trade, the opinions expressed are of very great moment, and bear on their face ttys impress off truth. Some years ago there was a fear expressed that Siberian competition would be a weighty factor in depressing the prosperity of dairying in the colony, but it was thought that the war had so crippled Siberia that there was no immediate necessity to trouble about it. li appears that such a belief was a fallacious one, and that quality as well as quantity will be a factor in the competition from that portion of the globe.
