NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Oroua County Council held on FRIDAY. 7th day of June, 1907, the following resolution was adopted: — That in pursuance of the powers vested in ijt by "The Counties Act, 1886," "The Noxious Woeds Act, 1900," and all other statutes enabling it in that behalf the Council of the County of Oroua resolves by way of special order and doth hereby declare that Ragwort, Gorse and Penny Royal are noxious weeds within the County of Oroua. It is hereby further notified that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held in the Council's Office, Man-chester-sheet, Feilding, on FRIDAY, 12th day -of July, 1907, at 2.30 p.m., to confirm the above resolution. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Oroua County Council held on FRIDAY, 7th day of June, 1907, the following resolution was adopted : — That in pursuance of the powers vested in it by "The Public Works Act, 1905," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and all ♦ other statutes enabling it in that behalf so to do, the Council of the County of Orona hereby resolves, by way of special order, to borrow the film of £5660, such loan to be used for the purpose of providing the Council's proportion of the cost of erecting a bridge across the Manawatu river near Ashhurst, as set forth in the Governor's Warrant, ted on page 1106 of the New Zealand Gazette, 1906, and that the interest and sinking fund on the said loan shall not exceed four pounds per centum per annum, payable half-yearly on the first day of April and the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years or until suclf loan is paid off. It is hereby further notified that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held in the Council's Office, Man-chester-street, Feilding, on FRIDAY, 12th day of July, 1907, at 2 p.m., to confirm the above resolution.
