The Postmaster-General has completed arrangements for tbe renewal of the Vancouver mail service for two years, on the samo terms as the present, except that during the busy season the Miowera will be replaced by a vessel reducing the steaming time by 34 hours, and making it optional to terminate the contract at the end of the first year by four months' notice.
