The statement of assets and liabilities in the estate of Alexander McMeekan, baker, of Feilding ,are as follows : —Assets, stock-in-trade, £4 10s 9d: book debts, £124 2s 9d; estimated to produce. £75; cash in hand, 6s 4d; total, £79 17s Id; liabilities: total £469 19s. There is one secured creditor for £106 13s 4d, the value of the security being estimated at £70, leaving a deficiency of £36 13s 4d, which amount is included in the total liabilities, making a total deficiency of £380 la lid.
