♦ [BY BLBOIBJO WOE4BAPH — OOPTRIGHT.j [PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] St. Petersburg. May 21. The Socialists and Labor members were absent from the Douma when M. Stolypin was replying as previously announced. Interpellation has confirmed the recent account of the revolutionary Socialist plot against the Czar, the Grand Duke Nicholas and M. Stolypin and the arrest of the conspirators concerting measures to enter the Imperial residence. The Douma unanimously expressed joy at the Czar's escape and abhor--rency of the regicidal plot. (Received May 22nd, 8.27 a.m.) St. Petersburg, May 21. A bomb thrown at Odessa killed two police and four pedestrians. Chertyoff, the thrower, was arrested. Members of the Black Hundred, in revenge for the policemen's death, ran amok, injuring one hundred Jews.
