The Telegraph's St. Petersburg correspondent says that 80 cdnsp^tors who had resolved to operate simultaneously in three groups to kill the Czar, were arrested after thirty-four, including a number of reserve officers, had arrived In twos and threes. The Sarkosseko conspiracy was due to the fact that the Czar and Count Stolypin were determined to adhere to representative institutions, the success whereof imply that the terrorisers' occupation had gone.
