That is the exact measurement according to the invoice, and the tweeds are plain and also in checks, stripes and flakes. The width is 40 inches, so that not many yards are needed for a costume. The tweeds are very suitable for Coat and Skirt Costumes, and are light enough to be worn from now on to April, and even later. We have divided this parcel of tweeds into two Jots, and have markel them at Is 6d and Is lid yd. Remember the same kind of stuff is being retailed in Feilding to-day at 2s 6d per yard.
