♦ Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Jobnsonville sale as follows : — There was a heavy entry of beef, consisting of light unfinished bullocks and a few pens of prime oows. Beef made 20s, a few pens 20i 6d, cow beef 17s 6d to 18s. Best bullocks £7 17s 6d, others £7 to £7 7s 6d, lighter £6 15s, stores £5 10s, cows £5 ss, £4 12s 6d to £5 2s 6d. A small entry of sheep, mostly wethers, sold freely. Best wethers brought 16s, others 15s Id to 15s 7d, light 188 9d, ewes 128. A good yarding of prime lambs were rather dull of sale. Heavy shorn lambs . brought 12s 2d, others 12s, woolly Us 7d to 12s. medium 10a2dtol0s0d.
