GRAND REVIEW AT EDINBURGH.
Telegraph Press Association Copyright London, September 19. The King conducted a review at Edinburgh of volunteers. The review took place in the presence of a quarter of a million spectators and was a great success. The King paid a warm tribute to Scotland's loyalty aod the volunteers' devotion in the defence of the country.
