A CYCLONIC DISTURBANCE.
Telegraph Press Association Oopjriebt. Sydney, August fJO. A cyclonic disturbance is affecting tbe greater portion of tbe State. There is snow in tbe southern central tablelands and rain elsewhere. A bitterly cold southwesterly gale rages on tbe coast. The Observatory warns shipping to expect an exceptionally severe gale ofi' tbe coast, with dangerous conditions, between Sydney and tbe South Island of New Zealand.
