BOROUGH AFFAIR".
TO THE EDITOR. Sib, — Tho Borough having gone to a very great exptnde in order to provide proper sanitary measures for the health of the town, consisting of a water and sewerage scheme, which is hastening to oompletion.it behoves the ratepayers and inhabitants of . this Borough to see that the little places, such as " Giesenville," bang ing on our skirts and benefitting by our proximity, be compelled to adopt some sanitary scheme in order to protect us (if not themselves) from an outbreak of fever and other diseases which must sooner or later result from the crowding of dwellings into confined places without due sanitary precautions. Hoping that the Borough authorities will move in this matter so necessary to the wellbeing of the town, and to secure to us the benefit of the great outlay we are making in our effort to secure immunity from disease. I am, etc., Ratepayer.
