NOTICE is hereby given that the Jfeilding Boroagb Council pioposes to borrow, by way of hpecial Loan, under tbe provisions of " Tbe Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," the sum of £46,500 for the purpose of carrying out tbe works defined and enumerated below, to gether with tbe cost of acquiring the necessary land in tbe case of Water Supply and Sewerage Loans, viz: — No. 1 Loan. — Tbe sum of £27,264 for Water Supply Works. No. 2 Loan, — The sum of £13,236 for Sewerage Works. I No 3 Loan — Tbe sum of £6000 for Concrete Chan, nelliog and Kerbing, and other Surface Drainage, together with Widening, Formation, and Metalling of Kimbolton Boad from Weld Street to North Street. It is proposed to pledge as security for (heabove Loans and interest thereon, the following special Rates, viz., No. 1 Loaa, 2 3-16 din tbe £ ; No. 2 Loan, 1 l-16d in tbe A'; No. 3 Loan, £d in the £, on the Rateable Value of all tbe Rateable Property within the Borough. It is proposed that the cost of raiting the above Loans and Interest thereon for one year, during construction of the above-mentioned works, shall be paid out of the moneys' borrowed. Provision for repayment of the friaeipal moneys shall be the surplue fanfe available from Such Special Bates after payment of interest and other charges.
