TEACHERS' DRAWING EXAMINATIONS.
Mr J. L. Watkin, director of the Palmerston North Technical School, supplies us with tho following results of drawing examinations for teachers' E. and D. certificates, held last Saturday under the authority of the Education Department. The numbers indicate the percentage of marks gained : — Second Grade Freehand — Excellent : Hugh Thompson 90, Gertrude Perrin 90. First-class pass; Fred Jannings 75, Mary Fraser 75, Hilda Buchanan 75, Alice Voysey 70, Agnes Lynch 65, Eugenic George 65, Frank Bennet G5, Olive Cook GO. Secondclass pass : Zeno Meads 55. Second Grade Model Drawing Excellent; Hugh Thompson 90, Gertrude Perrin 90, Hilda Yortt 90. First-class pass : Hilda Buchanan 80, Frank Bennet 80, Zeno Meads 80, Mary Fraser 80, Bessie Stewart 70, Jean Fergusson Go. Secondclass pass : Malcolm McEwen 55, Olive Cook 50.
