SOUDAN - UGANDA RAILWAY.
Telegraph Press Association Copyright London, December 13. The treaty, between Britain and Abyssinia, entered into in Jane last, defining the boundaries of British Soudan and Abyssinia, grants Britain the right to construct the Soudan* Uganda railway through Abyssinia, also the lease of territory near Titang, on the Baro river, as a commercial station.
