TWO STEAMERS FOUNDER IN A CYCLONE.

Great Loss of Life. Telegraph. Freas Association Copyright London, June 12. Eastern files add a few more details to the cabled reports of the loss of the British India steamer Camorta, carrying mails to the Coromandel Coast, and failed to arrive at Rangoon after a terrific cyclone. A life boat was subsequently picked up by the search steamers, but no trace was found of the Camorta. She had 650 native passengers, the captain 8 European officers, and a crew of 79 natives aboard. The Norwegian steamer Hermond also foundered in the storm.
