The Acting-Premier, Sir Joseph Ward, will leave for Christchurch on Tuesday night to be present at the send-off of the South Island battalion of the Tenth Regiment, and will go on to Dunedin, and possible Invercargill, on Monday, and will make a policy speech at the -banquet to be given at Mosgiel to Mr Carncross, M.H.R., on the 25th. Sir Joseph will then return to Wellington and go on to Nelson and Westport.
