MANCHESTER ROAD BOARD. fTIHE Manchester Road Board bel ing desirous to borrow the suai of £800 under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, " and " Tbe Government Emergency Loans to Local Bodiea Act, 1897/' hereby publicly notify — 1. That the particular work proposed to bfl undertaken is acquiring and constructing of the roads of tlse approaches to the Kakariki combined Road and Railway Bridge over the Rangitikei River. 2. That the sum proposed to be borrowed for tho purpose of providing this Board's share of the cost of such work is £800, the cost of raising the Loan to be paid out of tbe moneys to bo borrowed. 3. That tho security proposed to be given for such Loan is a Special Rats of one sixtyfifih part of one penny in the £ sterling, to be levied on the value of all rateable property within the Manchester Road District.
