MANCHESTER ROAD BOARD. fTIHE Manchester Road Board bel ing desirous to borrow the suai of £800 under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, " and " Tbe Government Emergency Loans to Local Bodiea Act, 1897/' hereby publicly notify — 1.
