«, (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, Dec. 18. In Chambers to-day, before Justice WilliamSi Friday, sth February, was appointed the date for sending in claims for debts, etc., of the J. G. Ward Co. The remuneration of Mr Cook, the official liquidator, wa9 fixed at 2h per cent, on the gross sum realized, which is expected to be £68,725, making about £1,711 for two years. Wellington, This Day. Florence, the youngest daughter of Mr Dutbie, ex-M.H.R., died this morning of meningitis after a short illness. The eldest daughter only died a few days ago.
