o (Per Press Association.) London, June 2. In the House of Commons Sir Charles DJlke moved to reduce the vote for the administration of Uganda. At the same tune he censured the Gj-oyernixient for its action in despatching the expedition to TJnyoro, as that territory is useless, The motion was rejected by a majority of 52.
