Death of an Old Settler.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. The death is announced of Mr Edwin Bannister, who came to the colony with the pioneers of the Wellington settlement in 1840. He took a prominent part in connection with the Manchester Unity Order of Oddfellows.
